We were greeted in a nice manner and throughout our visit we were helped all the way through, with good knowledge of the beds and understanding what it is I was looking for and why...the cup of tea and biscuits were an added treat

Martin the salesperson we saw at the Portslade branch was knowledgeable regarding the bed we were looking for and not too pushy. He gave us advice, made us a coffee and left us alone to discuss things. Perfect balance with no pressure.

First of all great service, college approached Us straight away which i was happy about and helped me and my mum find the perfect bed with the perfect mattress at a very good price.

The assistant gave us all the information we needed to make the correct choice for us. He wasn't pushy and left us to discuss it. We even went to other retailers after visiting the store and came back to make the purchase.
