We were greeted and left to browse which made us feel comfortable. When we required assistance it was offered and we were given a nice cup of tea whilst we wrapped up the ordering process.

Was greeted very early into my visit. Had needs assessed then shown various mattresses to my needs. Given a comfy cushion to try. Bed base was selected to fit my price and needs. The assistant dealt with the order quickly and with detailed product knowledge. Only disappointment was that delivery was two weeks. Overall very good experience.

Martin was very helpful, he made the process incredibly easy, without being pushy he recommended a range of mattresses to suit us. He was very friendly!

Staff approached us on arrival and were happy to let us look around independently at first, then offered assistance again after a while. Staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable about the items we were looking for and enabled us to make our purchase in a satisfactory way with a friendly manner.

We were guided through a range of mattresses to suit our needs and budget. We were then left to explore these on our own, rather than having a pushy salesman breathing down our neck. Much appreciated.
