Dreams - Brighton

I have been to the store twice recently browsing, and went in today still browsing but made my purchase instead. I had wanted to purchase the Rapley mattress x2 but this is recently no longer stocked - by the time I discovered it was now in clearance I was too late to purchase as was out of stock, but I was given several options of mattresses similar so that I could choose . I mentioned I had Purchased a mattress about 4 years ago that I was happy with but this was no longer in stock as so long ago - however Rae knew the mattress and pointed me in the direction of a similar one - I was impressed with his knowledge. I purchased two mattresses and a bed but I did not want them delivered straight away as have not moved apartment yet, but again Rae was very helpful in arranging a delivery date for 3 weeks time which is perfect for me

The salesman discussed our needs and recommended a mattress within our price range and made sure we purchased the correct level of comfort we required

Rae was really helpful. He greeted us as soon as we entered the store, helped us to choose exactly the right bed for us using the scan machine, provided us with the right pillows for our sleeping positions, offered us a drink and answered all the questions we had fully. We're really happy with the bed we've chosen and confident we've made the right choice. Knowing that there's the 40 day guarantee is also great; Rae talked us through how that works as well. Great customer service!

The man who served me was lovely. He knew I didn't have a massive budget for a mattress and he gave me time whilst making suggestions. He didn't rush me . He was very proffessional but in a friendly manner.

Had the pleasure of Visiting the Brighton branch, and was warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Judy. She was so helpful and really helped me pick the best mattress for what I needed. She listened to my needs and offered me several choices, she didn’t push me in to buying either and let me try the mattress for as long as I wanted and told me not to rush! She was very knowledgable too which helped when I had questions. Judy was a great help and I can’t wait for my new mattress to come!

On Wednesday the 23rd I went into the dreams on hove seafront, I was greeted by a gentleman, I had my son who has additional needs with me and the bloke was so relaxed an patient with my son and I! He was so helpful and so caring to my sons needs. Although I didn’t tell him about my son he could clearly see he had needs and just made such an effort to make me aware my sons screaming was fine and to take all the time we needed. He found me what I was looking for and couldn’t have been more happy to help. He did all the payment part quickly as he could see my son was getting more and more agitated. He even helped me carry one of my purchases to my car, and told me.. I was doing a great job! He probably didn’t realise but that really touched my heart and I’ve never had someone be so happy to help while there is constant screaming from a child. You really do have one great member of staff there and because of him I will highly recommend Dreams to all family and friends.

We were served by a lady called Judy at you're store in Portslade who was more than helpful. We had previously been to some other bed stores and we only really went there to comparing prices. But her knowledge and friendly persona persuaded us to buy it from her instead of the previous store we had been to. She clearly loves her job and is a great asset to your company.

The product was what we were looking for and at a good price. The assistant was also very helpful.
