Dreams - Brighton

I found Martin in the Brighton store to be super helpful and friendly, and overall i found the Dreams experience as excellent.

I was served by Martin in the Portslade store. He was friendly, helpful, gave me a cup of tea and was very patient. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in figuring out which mattress would be best.

Friendly, explained all we needed to know before making choice. Courteous & didn’t overcrowd us, gave uninterrupted time & space to make choice. Very happy with the salesman. Store was well stocked, clean & bright. Even offered a coffee on arrival - a nice touch.

We found the product in our first visit meaning plenty to choose from, easy access to all products & helpful, honest staff.

The store had a large variety of products, great deals and discounts on this weekend and friendly workers. I was instantly pointed in the right direction, and in less than no time found the bed for me. The assistance I was given was superb and massively helped me to make the purchase.

Martin the assistant was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

We were greeted as soon as we were in the door at Dreams in Portslade by a charming chap Marc who immediately made us feel at ease in trying to make a decision on a new mattress. Marc showed us a great bit of kit which amazingly measured our sleeping posture and position and then recommended the specific type of mattress which would suit us both. We were made coffee and really made to feel welcome by Marc and his other colleagues. Marc's knowledge of the mattresses available was clearly deep as he easily answered any questions and put our mind at ease over the fear of choosing the wrong mattress.
