Judy who served us, was very knowledgeable, and was in no hurry to move us to a decision in choosing the matress, until we were sure the one we chose was the right one for us.

We saw Martin first, then later Steve. Neither of the sales assistants put us under undue pressure to buy the products on offer and they explained everything with regards to the product and suitable alternatives extremely well without being over-bearing. They are a credit to your company. Thank you.

Our assistant Judy ( Shoreham-by-Sea branch) seemed honest, friendly, informative and non pushy. She gave expert help and made the experience pleasurable.

I was served by Martin who was friendly and welcoming, even offered us a hot drink. The information Martin gave us was useful and after spending a bit of time with us, he gave us some time to look and try different options without him hovering. Martin answered all the questions I had fully. I was also impressed to be able to chose my delivery date.
