Judy was excellent at understanding what we were looking for and what we wanted to get for our money. She was attentive and had lots of knowledge

We came in looking for a mattress to be taken with us that day. We were assisted by someone at Dreams who guided us with what colour beds to look out for, for what type of mattress. Which was helpful! Unfortunately the first one we wanted wasn’t available to take that day, but he advised us it would be a week delivery and ran through the delivery process. As we needed to take one that day, he looked at what was available for that and showed us to the mattresses we could take. We ended up with a lovely mattress which we took with us. It was vacuum sealed up and he carried it to the car for us. He gave us some tips on how to look after the mattress. We bought this a couple of days ago and we’ve had a great night sleep on it! It’s part memory foam, part sprung. Such a great mix, good firmness for a good night sleep. Is also good for movement as my partner moves a lot in his sleep but you don’t feel them moving as much as you would on other mattresses. All in all, a great experience. Very helpful assistance from Dreams and a lovely mattress. Thanks!

Judy approached us when we came into the store and was positive, friendly and helpful without being pushy. She recommended that we tried the 'sleep machine' to work out which mattress would suit our needs best. She gave us plenty of time to think things through without pushing us. When we did decide to make a purchase, she went out of her way to make things easy and to get us the best price possible. She informed us of all relevant offers and ensured we had everything we needed. She also guided us through buying a protective guarantee on our new mattress.
