The lady who served us was amazing. She was so informed and great at her job.

Found store spacious open and bright with wide selection of products. The salesman was very pleasant and helpful, greeted us and offered us a cup tea, or water, this was very welcomed as it was a hot day. So thank you. Salesman was very knowledgeable and gave us all the advice we needed.and very patient as I am disabled and was slow to move around. So thank you very much. I was happy to place my order and will be returning to the store soon.

Steve was very knowledgable and helped us find the best mattress for 2 year old who is moving to a big girl bed. There was no pressure to buy. Offered a hot drink whilst browsing.

Staff were great, one welcoming us to store and leaving us to it, next sales mans knowlege on products was great and the really laid back approach he gave, not pushy (my pet hate) and another man giving my son a ballon to keep him occupied while my husband done the paperwork etc. Really great staff.

The lady who served me, Judy, wasn't too pushy but certainly knew her stuff. I only came in the shop to get ideas for a double bed, but having spoken to Judy I ended up ordering a double bed, mattress, mattress protector, 2 x Tempur pillows and a duvet! I am absolutely delighted with everything and cannot praise Judy enough.
