Guy was very friendly and helpful and didn’t try to get us to buy something we didn’t want. Free pillows and free delivery were very welcome and an unexpected bonus

Ray the sales chap was really friendly and personable. He listened to what we needed and took us to what was right for us. He had a sense of fun with his friendly chat , pointing out that the posters in the walls indicated the type of bed and it was colour indicated type .

We purchased a mattress in April which is faulty. The purpose of today’s trip was to choose a new mattress. Martin served us and showed us the bed determination machine. What a superb piece of kit. It recommended which mattresses to choose, which Martin showed us, and then we made our decision. He was extremely helpful and left us to make our own decision.

Martin was knowledgable, chatty, friendly and helped us find what is hopefully the bed of our dreams. He recommended beds irrespective of the price, I never felt that he was trying to up-sell us to the higher price, just the bed that was right for us.

We were very well looked after by an extremely helpful assistant - Judy - who really tried to understand our needs. The bed test analysis was very effective and led to us ordering a very different bed from what we had originally planned to buy. But one that let our needs entirely. It was something of a revelation. Very much facilitated by Judy.

The assistant (Judy) who served me couldn’t have been more helpful. She was able to help me navigate through the huge range of different options and make a good choice that suited both my needs and budget. I spent a very pleasant hour in the store.
