We visited at the end of the day and it was surprisingly busy. Steve was amazing, he effectively juggled a number of customers in the shop, he was friendly and knowledgeable and had great patience. He made it a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

The assistant (Steve) who helped us was extremely patient and helpful. We found the use of the new Mattress testing technology impressive and accurate. Everything was handled with care, consideration and at a very comfortable speed. We left the store being extremely impressed with the whole process

Guy was really helpful, very friendly, really knowledgeable. The 60% off was a real bonus ball. The mattress tester was great too

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who asked if she could help me which was brilliant as I wanted something specific and I was guided to the correct area where I could look

Cazz, the young woman who helped us, could not have been more pleasant , knowledgeable and willing to take time to make sure we found the items we needed. Could not be happier with the service she showed us or the purchases we made. It was nice to be offered a drink whilst we were spending time placing our orders.

Very friendly helpful staff. I needed a bed quickly and I found one.
