Chaz at Portslade was so warm and welcoming and so very helpful, staright away was able to answer allmour questions and give advice on the best mattresses to go with the bed we chose, we were talked through our order every step of the way and Chaz was very knowledgeable about the products eg warranty etc. Can't praise her enough.

we were greeted well as we entered and were explained our various options after we stated what we were looking for. We were allowed to browse at our leisure until we were ready to order.

I was very impressed with the lay out of the store and the ease of looking at the various beds and the signage.
