Martin at The portslade branch was absolutely brilliant and made the experience effortless. Really excellent representative for the company.

Martin was so helpful from the moment we walked through the door to when we placed our order. Choosing the right bed can be a bit confusing but Martin talked us through our options and then left us with enough time to consider each of them and kept checking back with us to see if we had any questions about the bed types.

Very satisfied with the service I got. Chazz was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I gave her my list of requirements/ specifications and I was taken straight to a mattress. Tested it in store. Now using it and it’s great!!

I was very satisfied with the service I had received, I was gutted to see a further £60 off the mattress the next day, I bought a divan as well & didn't receive any 20% discount so wasn't happy as I spent £719.00 when I could have spent £659.00, Martin was excellent, overall I was more than satisfied with the service I received as I'm in a wheelchair & he was very helpful.
