The member of staff who served us was very friendly, was very welcoming and helpful. She tried her best to help us choose the best mattress out of the ones that were available in the store, that matched our requirements and was within the price range we had in mind. Having a helpful and a very accommodating staff member made our visit very pleasant, since we visit the store with our child with autism. We were looking for a mattress for him. We were given enough time to make our minds up. We were given information of different options we could have. Our son was made feel comfortable in the unfamiliar surroundings, he felt he was welcomed there. Overall very satisfied and very grateful to the member of staff who served us.
