Staff were welcoming the moment I stept into the showroom. I felt at ease straight away and was allowed to wonder until I found a suitable mattress. The whole administrative process was done by the young lady and I was shown each stage of the process which wasn’t long. She is to be commended

The sales person was efficient, not overbearing and always gave us personal time to reflect on what she was telling us - her product knowledge was excellent and she had just the right level of being with us and giving us space to talk. Very friendly and cheerful sales person - we liked her approach completely. Overall an excellent experience, which I will recommend to others. My dad recommended your company, although he visited a store in the midlands.
