Excellent advice from the sales lady and the diagnostic machine was cool...seemed to work well.

A lovely girl called Chazz helped us. My wife and I are never normally impressed with the service we get in shops but this time we were . Chazz couldn't have been more helpful. She greeted us with a smile as soon as we got in the shop and was very patient and extremely helpful. We have never had such fantastic service. We had gone to Barker and Stonehouse a few days before and the service couldn't have been more different. They were extremely unhelpful if not rude. She was Very knowledgeable about all products and a very honest and genuine person and an asset to your company.

Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Just unfortunate that the delivery times were so far off into the future for the bed we wanted.

Chazz was so helpful, kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel looked after without being overbearing or pushy. We felt we had as much time as we needed to compare mattresses and when it came to purchasing, Chazz answered all questions and was just so helpful.
