we went to Dreams in Portslade looking for a firm matress, singlt bed and half hour later we had exactly what we wanted thanks to the very helpful sales assistant, judy

We received excellent service, were offered a coffee whilst we were browsing and when we had questions were informed of the information required very quickly. The members of staff were polite listened to our needs and concerns.

I saw two beds I liked, the explanation about the mattresses was helpful and enabled me to make an informed decision. The main reason I chose the bed from Dreams was your delivery as I needed to have a bed delivered quickly

Assistant left us alone to browse which is what we like but was very helpful and knowledgeable when we asked questions. He took time to point out different options and did not mode when we asked him to price them for us.
