my wife and i visited dreams in ports-lade Sussex Saturday 5/7/16 and we were greeted by a nice man called ray .yes i said greeted a very rare quality found in the UK today we have shopped at dreams for many years now and here's why the shop floor staff members are very polite/informed/confident/know there products/welcoming & professional they do NOT treat you like a Muppet / & text whilst dealing with you wont mention the store over hassle you. good overall running of the dreams store we go to the mix of enthusiasm/professionalism/ and genuine courtesy goes well with my wife and i your a British company and i hope your be around when my grandchildren are old enough to purchase there beds please do not go funky and modern it dosen't work i recommend dreams any time im asked by people 5 have brought through my recommendation and oh i forgot very important word the QUALITY IS SUPERB thank you a very loyal and satisfied customer would i change anything NO

Attentive and sensitive assistance from a technically well informed and personable sales person; Ms. Judy, during my visit on July 14th 2016. I was offered refreshments, I was put under no pressure with hard sells, i was asked questions and listened to, Judy’s attitude was one of wanting to work with the customer to get the best outcome for the customer, this demonstrated empathy and made the shopping experience painless, productive and ultimately a happy one.

We were attended two and made feel welcome and no question was a problem. We were on a budget but we did not feel the gentleman who served us gave us any less attention as can happen in other stores.
