The assistance we received was very good - thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. The selection of mattresses was good.

Great attentive service. The sales representative Kevin was extremely helpful and supported us through the purchase.

Martin, who served us, was excellent. We couldn't fault his attitude. He struck just the right note, friendly and efficient. Then offer of coffee as soon as we entered the store was welcome and unexpected, especially when we told him we were only there to buy a headboard, albeit a King size! He is without doubt an asset.

We dropped in to look for a mattress. Salesperson Kevin was attentive but thankfully not overly so. He asked what we were looking for and directed us to those products that matched, telling us of his own experience with them. He offered us a drink and gave us time to consider the products alone but checked in with us occasionally to ask if we needed any more information. We returned a few days later to make the purchase and were pleased that on asking we found Kevin was on duty. He answered further questions we had and showed us another mattress that we might consider, offering us refreshments again. He asked if we needed pillows and directed us to those which he considered good quality and value, we also bought 2 of these. The whole process including completion of the paperwork was friendly and efficient.

Great friendly staff gave good advice on product. Quick and easy buy.

Assistenats within the store were friendly, approachable and available but were not too pushy.

Found what we wanted really quickly

Dreams are removing my bed settee. It will NOT go to landfill which pleases me greatly. I have been told by the staff it will be recycled and all parts will be re-used. As I'm very conscious of the ethos of re-cycling this is very important to me.

Very helpful and completely understood what we wanted.
