Martin was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy and we felt he gave us lots of time to try the products without shadowing us.

The assistant found us the product we wanted very quickly and let us try out other products before making a decision.

We got exactly what we wanted and more. Judy was most helpful and understanding of our requirement.

The assistance given by the sales person was outstanding. He was patient and never once pressured us to make a purchase or to buy a specific item. He explained all the option and even made us a very nice cup of tea he was by far the best sales person we have dealt with in any store. His name is Martin

The lady sales assistant was very efficient, ask me to lay on the beds to evaluate the comfort of the mattress, she was also able to see if the mattress was supporting correctly. After trying various mattress's I selected the one best suited for me. Many thanks to her skilled knowledge.

The products were well displayed and the prices easily assessed. The assistance offered was friendly, informative and made the whole process a pleasure. We were offered refreshments and given helpful advice on the best way of selecting the most suitable products. We were also given a pillow to enable us to assess the different beds and mattresses more appropriately. The whole process of selecting what is a quite expensive item was made into a most enjoyable one.
