Dreams - Brighton

Steve was very helpful in explaining the products available and the differences between the types of mattresses available. He spend the right time assisting and gave me time to try out the mattresses but was readily available to answer questions hen needed. Much better customer service experienced in this store compared to a visit to dreams earlier in the day.

The lady Judy at the portslade shops knowledge and customer service was exceptional. Had looked in dreams other local stores but not purchased. She provided me with confidence and knowledge in the products with an exceptional level of customer service which led to me trusting her judgement in products and led me to feel secure in purchasing. Exceptional!

The assistant never hassled us and gave us all the information we required to make our decision

Walked away with a comfy bed for my grandma. Took no time at all and the two male staff members were really on the ball and helped me a lot.

Our sales advisor Martin was excellent . Helpful beyond words and made us feel relaxed and welcome . His knowledge was brilliant and we feel really happy with our shopping experience . We would highly recommend dreams and Martin if available , although the entire team seemed friendly and welcoming . Importantly they didn't come across as pressurising, which totally puts a customer off .

Martin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, without being intrusive or pushy. We really appreciated his help and attentiveness. We were offered two cups of tea during our visit which was lovely - we didn't want to leave!

I was given a really lovely experience at Dreams in Portslade. It was a welcoming atmosphere when I entered and was greeted immediately. The salesman, Steve, asked me what I was looking for and took me over to what was available in store. He provided me with my own pillow, a cup of tea and gave me the space I needed to try out the beds he'd pointed out that would meet my needs. When I was ready to purchase my product, he was available again to deal with my needs and made the whole experience very pleasant.
