Steve was a ‘dream’ to deal with, made us feel at ease and no pressure put on us at all during our visit to the store. The store was very well laid out, clean and the colour coding of the mattress types really help us navigate to the ones we wanted.

The sales person, Kevin, was very friendly and knowledgeable however, was not pushy or overbearing. He even made me a coffee which was a friendly and welcoming gesture. My questions were answered. And he left me to browse and try mattresses. A great experience.
