Helpful, friendly staff with no pressure selling. Kept informed about delivery slot which was very handy.Delivery staff were friendly and gave advice about unpacking. Great that they put on overshoes too.

They listened and helped a lot. I also then had to place order in a hurry which was also accommodated brilliantly

Thanks to the care and attention paid to us during our visit by the sales assistant Judy (at the Dreams in Portslade, East Sussex) we were able to purchase the perfect mattress for us. We'd visited on the off chance to look, having previously assumed we would order a memory foam mattress online. Judy was able to explain to us in detail what kind of mattress would suit, based on our needs and sleeping positions. She was hugely knowledgeable and took time to demonstrate mattresses and encourage us to take our time to try various options. Thanks to her kind manner and ability, we purchased a £949 Therapur mattress plus additional items such as Tempur pillows. I'd like to take the opportunity to point out that Judy was the only sales assistant to greet us, and the other two gentleman who were present, made no effort to say hello or acknowledge us, or assist Judy in any way. We found Judy extremely professional and understanding, and really do think she's worth her weight in gold. A lovely and caring individual who really did make our experience enjoyable. Our positive experience is entirely based on how she dealt with us, and sadly this may not have been the case if she was not there.

The staff were very good. They were not too pushy but they were available to help at all times.

We were served by Judy at your Portslade store, She was fantastic literally from the moment we walked in. She helped us, answered our questions, was very knowledgeable, gave us advice when sought but at no time was she "pushy" and we did not feel pressurised. She even made us a drink and took time to help, recommend and advise. We are extremely grateful to her and all her assistance and we will definitely be returning in the near future to furnish our other bedrooms.

We were greeted on arrival and offered coffee. We were shown to seats and your colleague asked how he could help us. We were given options and shown were these items were. We made up our minds and the paperwork was arranged. We then looked at pillows and I chose one. It is perfect. We felt relaxed during this time and if needed we would come back in the future.

Lots of information given, lots of time left alone to just try the mattresses. Didn't feel pressured at all but help was there when needed.

I was served by a lovley lady named Judy....i was concerned about the measurements of the bed so she went and got a tape mussure to reassure me.... we went on to choose a matresss she showed me a good range of different mattress she was very helpful to my requirements i would definitely recommend her to any one buying a bed

From the moment I stepped into the stope to when I left I had attentive but respectful service without being intrusive. I was allowed to try the beds at my own pace & given a cup of tea which was a nice touch. The 3 sales people there all interacted with each other & had good banter which creates a friendly environment. Kevin was very knowledgeable & made our visit feel important to Dreams.
