We were happy with the attention and understanding of our needs, the sales advisor was all the time reachable, could show and advise on all products which suits our needs and overall we felt very welcomed and taken care of

The whole experience of buying our new mattresses was easy. Steve was extremely helpful and the store was very handy for us.

The assistant was very friendly asking just the right amount of questions to find out what I needed. He was very polite and as this was our second visit in six months he remembered us and greeted us with a smile a hello and the chance to try before buying and explained everything in detail so we were happy. He was not pushy as one sales people can be but attentive but gave us space to browse.

Very helpful and patient salesman as Ibwas with my 83yo mum who is partially sighted. He even offered us a cup of tea! We did take rather a long time choosing. Couldn’t fault the service, he explained everything very well.

The colleague that dealt with us, Steve, was very helpful. He was apologetic about the availability of the product we originally wanted but once we had decided on a different product he was on hand to ensure delivery was processed quickly. He was polite and courteous throughout our whole visit.

From the moment we walked into the store the staff were great let us look around then listen to what my mother needed from a mattress showed us one which we liked also others but kept going back to the first and it was in the right price range. When doing the paperwork it was all explained as the lady went through it and again before it was signed then copies given again checking we had everything we needed. Much appreciated by my 84yr old mother.

Really friendly staff who took the time to understand exactly what I want and point me in the right direction without following us around or interfering with us looking at the beds and trying them. Even made a cup of tea!
