Dreams - Brighton

Good friendly service and knowledge shown of products to suit our requirements by salesman Kevin; not too pushy but he was there when we wanted/needed to ask a question - just how we like it.

We visited Dreams in Brighton two times and already the first visit was very good and with no pressure but with expertise! Steve did an incredible job!!!

My adviser, (Judy), was incredibly helpful, kind and took time to explain all features. Great advise on the mattress and felt that she went over and above expectations.

Wide range of mattresses,Judy is really an expert, very helpful and polite.

Kevin was welcoming and friendly, no hard selling but making sure my sister and i had our questions answered and all with a cup of coffee. Even while serving other customers he seemed aware of what we were trying out and was happy to answer further questions.

we explained what was required, and shown options to match our requirements and we did a mix match to get an end result.

Not rushed or pressured promp service listened to my requirements.

not being able to see what I required in store, the assistant looked on-line to find the item I required and to ensure that delivery was within my time line

We were welcomed on entering Dreams, there-on given a clear and instructive guide to the mattress range in store, we purchased a mattress and found the whole interaction professional and friendly which was most appreciated.
