Had exactly the right sofa bed for me, didn’t get hassled while I was looking, yet when I wanted assistance staff more than helpful, and didn’t pressurise me.

We found the Dreams representative Steve extremely helpful and answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was keen that we found what we really wanted rather than sell us anything

Customer service was outstanding. I purchased the wrong size mattress only to realise this when we got home and had opened the mattress to unfold out. I rang the next day and spoke to a guy at the store to see if long shot I could exchange for the bigger size ( didn’t think this would be ok as it was out of the packaging) but to my surprise I got a call back saying if I could bring it back down I could swap it. I got it in the car and drove back down to the store and 2 lovely guys helped get it in the shop and got me another mattress the Correct size. I paid the difference and went to buy a new correct size sheet but there were computer delays so the guy let me keep the sheet for free. Excellent service and so very helpful to me at an awkward situation! Thank you

Steve was a fantastic advisor he listened to our needs and helped in every way he could to make our buying experience easier. He even gave us time to look and time to think over our purchase as it was quite a lot of money. He wasn't pushy but very charming. i would recommend the Portslade branch and would certainly recommend Steve as he was brilliant. He was helpful, smart and funny and made us feel very welcome.

We roughly knew what we wanted but also wanted advice. The salesman was attentive but not pushy. He advised us to the mattresses and choose what we liked best. We tried for comfort and then asked advice which was extensive. This made it easier for us to decide on the right mattress. It also made it easier for us to choose a new bed as well. On the whole the entire experience was both pleasant and productive. We would definitely recommend Dreams.
