Dreams - Brighton

We knew we needed a small double bed which is not a common size, but Dreams were able to have a selection to chose from. The delivery times were convenient taking into account the bed has to be made from scratch.

I was met at the door of the premises by Judy who took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for. I was offered a drink, and she offered to either assist me or leave me to browse. I took her up on her offer of assistance. She was extremely helpful, without being 'pushy', and knowledgeable of her subject.

We greated with a welcome smile on a very busy black Friday weekend. Dreams was the 1st store we went to to look for a new mattress. We knew what we wanted and was offered great help and advise by ray and Judy. We found one we wanted but wanted to check out some other stores to compare deals. We returned an hour or so later as we decided we liked the eve mattress the best. Judy was busy with another customer at the moment. But assured us she wouldn't be long and offered us a hot drink while we waited. It was long long before ray kindly helped us and put the order through. For the delay In waiting we were given so pillows which was a lovely touch. The whole process was very easy and as a first time customer we will highly recommend dream to friends and family. Great customer service guys smashed it!!!

Steve was the person who helped my Husband and I choose our bed. We had been to another bed store and were highly dissatisfied. Steve was able to help us let go of that experience within less than a minute with his expert knowledge, and easy approach. Relaxed and professional. We have saved up for a new mattress and were on a tight budget. We ended up spending more money than budgeted, but happily as we were educated about many aspects of mattress technology etc. The value was amazing. We got a free mattress cover and bought warranty (insurance) so we can sleep easy for the next decade... Or less as there were some beds that caught our eye. We may be back sooner than we thought.

Judy took a lot of time to listen to my needs and desires. She was very helpful and friendly.

Just a great experience. Steve welcomed us with a cup of tea and then allowed us to browse while always being on hand. It really helped that you had the exact product we were looking for but Steve ensured we were able to do all our bed shopping for a new house in one visit.

Given plenty of info on the beds we were looking for without feeling like you were being over watched

The staff member dealing with our needs was attentive without being imposing and his knowledge in matching our needs to a choice of suitable potential products made choosing the correct product much easier. There was no pressure on how long we took to decide on our choices.
