my experience in dreams has been highly satisfied because the costumer service their was great. All my questions and need in a mattress was all answered and I got a nice suitable mattress for my two kids. The sleep match was a cool experience from my daughter and I would highly recommend it to others to find their perfect mattress. 😊😊

From the moment I walked in store, I was greeted by a wonderful lady called Debbie. She had PPE on and made sure everything was clean and safe before I used the sleep analyser. She offered and I accepted a nice cold bottle of water. She talked me through the reasons why I was using the analyser, and after telling her about my back problem had offered to help me on and off the bed even in the current environment which I found above and beyond her duty. After reviewing the results, she described the differences between the mattresses. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the products I was trying out. After trying 5/6 mattresses multiple times and I whittled it down to two. I spent even longer deciding on my choice, and Debbie was very patient and helpful in going over the information again with me. Debbie also outlined the Bed Cover policy and took me through the mattress protectors that were available for free as part of purchasing the policy. When it came to making my purchase, I felt confident I had made the right decisions. Debbie went through all my info making sure there were no issues, and made sure the machine was sanitised before I used it. Delivery is soon. :)
