Dreams - Enfield

From the moment we walked in it was perfect, the social distancing was spot on, the availability of staff was brilliant and the staff member (Debbie) was out of this world. Her knowledge of every mattress was amazing and she made us feel at home. She made it very easy for us to purchase the right mattress. Thank you Debbie, your a star. Can you ask the Mattress makers to hurry up for us please, I don’t think we can wait 2 months for it to be delivered 😀😀

We were greeted very quickly on arrival and after explaining our requirements, we were shown the bed that I had found online. We wanted everything just as the display was laid out and Danville explained about the different mattresses needed. We then placed the order and everything was explained clearly. When the delivery dates came up we were able to have an earlier date than I'd expected which was an added bonus.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming and adhered to social distancing guidelnies which made me feel comfortable. The staff were very friendly and chatty which helped make the process of ordering very smooth. I didn't feel at any time, the staff were pushy and they listened to my every needs and made great recommendations to choices I would have potentially made. After leavinf the store, I walked away with a smile on my face from the great experience and I felt I made the right choice.

As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted straight away. The assistant had a very big smile and she ask me to make sure I always wear a face mask and offered me hand sanitizer and a bottle of water. She was very informative and listened well to what I was looking for. She did at times come across a bit pushy with extra sales but I'm guessing that is what the company teaches cos which company dosent like to try and make a bigger with extra products.. I do wish my delivery date was a bit sooner but i suppose that carnt be help and im just very impatient. But over all I had a very good experience and had a good laugh with the assistance whilst I got to go round the store trying all the different mattresses

Denville was very polite, friendly and eager to engage. He was excellent and made the experience of finding what we needed very easy. His product knowledge was great. A fantastic and professional person all round.
