Wayne was extremely personable and although the card machine didn't work initially, his calm persona and him letting me know what was happening at every step meant I didn't mind the long wait. Also another customer came in and had an issue which was not his fault, but he took the time to apologise and reassure the customer. Promote him!!

I had never before shopped for any kind of bed and knew very little about the products when I entered the dreams store in Enfield on Mollison Avenue. Immediately myself and my auntie were made to feel extremely welcome by Vincent and he created a positive rapport with us straight away. The layout of the store was inviting and highly organised, which was great. The superb product knowledge that Vincent had allowed us to fully understand the key details in terms of dimensions and quality of the bed I had researched and that made it an easy decision for me to purchase the impressive Detroit leather 4 foot bed. The brilliant personalised service progressed when we were shown some of the mattress options and once again this information was broken down effectively, which ensured I ended up purchasing a mattress that was perfect for me too. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we left, we felt like highly valued customers and were even given refreshments (a cup of tea) which was a very nice touch. We left delighted with our experience of dreams and will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Thank you Vincent, keep up the great work! Much appreciated. Paul

Debbie was extremely helpful. She listened to my issues, she shared her product knowledge and personal experience to help me make my choice. It was mid-morning and she offered and made me a hot drink. She gave me a pillow to take around and try the most suitable beds for my back condition. She listened and understood my financial position and made me realise that my health was important. I came in with a budget of £500 and end up spending over £900, partly influenced by your sales rep. Looking forward to my new mattress and many good night's rest. I was almost convinced to get a new bed as well but it was beyond my budget at this time but will in the future. Many thanks to Debbie, I did not feel at loss about the extra expenditure.

Our experience was great because Debbie was so helpful - she knew all the products and took the time needed to explain and let us make our decision. She also was great fun, made loads of jokes and made the experience very enjoyable. She even didn't mind when I knocked over a glass by mistake!
