Dreams - Enfield

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had been searching over a year for the right bed as I suffer with terrible pain everyday from my hypermobility. I had done a lot of research on the different mattresses out there and tested a few in various stores but the tempur contour elite was the only product I have felt that instantly relieves my pain when lying on it. The purpose of this visit was to test one of the mattress on offer to see how it compared. The salesman was happy to show me everything and made sure I tested the mattresses with the right kind of pillow. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me to purchase the mattress I had been dreaming about for over a year. This is my second bed that I have purchased from Dreams and I can say that they are by far the best service I have received the staff really do care.

The salesman had excellent product knowledge, was helpful and friendly without being pushy. We actually brought a bed in January from him and went back especially because of the service we received then (and brought another 2 beds this time)

the lady helping us mad me feel comfortable and welcome ,I also did not feel pressured buy things I did not need but was sold extras that were appropriate and of a good price. I would absolutely recommend her as a sales assistant.

I was served by Wayne Martin and his customer service was brilliant. He also had great knowledge and was there when I needed him, he was not in your face and let us leisurely browse however was there when needed and was able to answer questions. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly

I dealt With Vince, Debbie & Wayne and all were very helpful as not bought a new bed in 30 years - things had changed! answered all my questions and wasn't pushed to make a choice or purchase.
