Wayne Martin was extremely friendly and welcoming and immediately came to assist us and we felt very happy about this. He recommended few products that were suitable to us and gave all his attention without hurrying us up and we were very satisfied with the assistance. We have been using Dreams products since last 20 years or so. A very satisfied customer indeed and the customer service is excellent. Well done Dreams Customer Services, hence a returning customer.

Wayne at Dreams was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuine, he understood our needs and was on hand at any time without being too pushy at all. He was the perfect balance of customer understanding, pace and advice! The only slight downside was due to the busy nature of the sale, we waited 5 minutes to pay for our items - wayne was very apologetic and acknowledged we were waiting. Would highly recommend Dreams to anyone regardless!!
