We were greeted on arrival, briefly told what was in each section of the store so we knew immediately where we had to go. We were offered tea/coffee which was nice. Having 2 small children with us, the staff were very friendly to them and gave us time to look around. There was no sales pressure which was excellent. When we did need advice, help was at hand immediately with great knowledge.
