Customer adviser, Vincent, was very helpful. Demonstrated to us how the Electric Ottoman bed worked and recommended other products which we needed, but did not think of during our visit.

I was looking for a very firm sprung mattress. I was shown a selection by the assistant, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and spent time with us whilst we chose the products we were looking for, we also wanted a mattress protector and he gave us the product details of each option. Our assistant made us a nice hot cup of coffee and was very friendly.

Friendly informative, prompt, helpful and we were advised in product quality as well as suitable budget range. We were very happy with the mattress cover option that included a free mattress protector, which we also required. We were offered tea and coffee (We were gasping) which made the whole experience less stressful as we had no idea where to start.

I never had problem finding what i needed for the price i wanted. He new straight away where it was for the colour i needed and the quality of matress i prefered. There was no eers or umms, he was confident.

We went to the Dreams store in Brimsdown and were met by Wayne who was very knowledgeable about all the products, suggested various ways we could get the bed we needed, he matched divan bases with mattresses and headboards and came up with a very, very nice bed. He was extremely pleasant and professional and anyone going out to buy a bed could not have asked for a better salesman.

Customer service was lovely, Deborah was very helpful in helping me to decide which of the two beds would be better for me. The other salesman was also very helpful, they both couldn't have done anymore to make my purchase any smoother. If I am either in need of another bed I know exactly where to go and who to ask for.

The colleague was extremely helpful, friendly and gave us all the information we needed regarding the ottoman we were interested in. We were hoping to get the ottoman sooner than 28 days but were happy to wait as the ottoman was exactly what we were looking for.

Wayne from the Enfield store was very knowledgable. He took time to explain the products and was very patient. Great service. Will recommend him to friends and family.
