Dreams - Enfield

We walked in the store and we got approached straight away from the member of staff, his name was Wayne. He was very welcoming and he explained to us on details everything that we asked him . He asked us few questions so he can help and find the right choice for us and he did find us exactly what we were looking for . We bought the mattress and we left very happy from dreams . Costumers service excellent thanks Weyne for making our day stres free

Debbie was very friendly and had extensive product knowledge. She helped us to find the perfect bed for us.

We have returned to dreams once again because we remembered the manager at enfield vincent is his name. You know when someone is tryin to just force a hard sell and dont really care.They are so professional at enfield they explain everything and u know you are getting the right service and are getting the correct bed and matress for yourself not to get a couple of years down the line and realising youve made a mistake. You cant beat dreams for service,quality and price and would not hesitate to recommened to a friend or family member.thank you for your ongoing service and keep up the good work.

Wayne and Debbie were very polite and helpful. Debbie assisted us with the purchase of our new bed. She answered all my questions and even kept my 2 year old happy.

We went to dreams first and was served by Debbie who was very informative but we were just looking at that point but then we went to another shop. Even though the other shop had wat we wanted and were cheaper we decided to stick with dreams as we have always got our beds from there and have always been highly satisfied. Debbie was very helpful, she also persuaded us to buy a protector and instead of just ordering a mattress we ordered the protector and a sleeping heart thing. Shes very good at selling.

Staff was patient and understanding especially with me having two young kids with me. Never pressured me I to anything.

The warm welcome extended on arrival at the shop, time spent by the advisor to make sure I was happy before I purchased the goods. Every avenue covered by the store, in this case Vincent & Wayne were extremely accommodating.

Wayne was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we found the right product we needed.
