The customer service received was exceptionally good, we were well looked after and it was very child friendly.

Wayne the customer consultant was friendly and attentive. He looked after us and made sure we were satisfied with everything. He went through the process quickly and efficiently letting us know about all the necessary details.

Atmosphere very friendly and you were made to feel relaxed.The salesman did not pressurise but was available with information when required. He was very knowledgeable of the dreams products.

Very friendly and welcoming staff

We had a rough idea of what we wanted but the sales assistant (Debbie) helped us to make a final decision by answering our questions and giving us more information. She was very knowledgeable with the mattresses which was great as I had no idea of the difference between them. It was a children’s bunk bed with 2 mattresses. Debbie let the girls try out the mattresses so they thought they were deciding which mattress we were getting.

Wayne was great! We visited the enfield branch for just a browse and ended up finding our dream bed thanks to all his help!
