We were treated extremely well and Debbie was absolutely brilliant in helping us with our desperate need of a new bed. Our 2 children were quite lively as to them it was like being in a shop full of bouncy castles and all the staff were very understanding, they supplied colouring pencils and paper and as long as shoes were off they were OK with them on the beds. Our overall experience was fantastic and all the staff are a credit to your company and represent you very well. We were offered refreshments and all our needs were catered for whilst we was there. Debbie explained everything very well when placing our order and even found us a divan in stock which met our needs so we could have a speedy delivery. I would have no problem at all returning and i will definitely be recommending you to everyone i know who is in need of superb service and a very comfy bed and pillows. The man serving us was called Wayne. He was lovely and polite the whole way through our bed buying. Lovely guy.

The assistant Debbie, was extremely informative, very polite and very easy to discuss what I wanted with. She is an extremely pleasant and very knowledgable assistant. The prices of what I've bought are very reasonably priced and the store is very well laid out. I will definitely recommend Dreams and this branch to anyone I know. Gold star to one and all.

We had time to look around before the assistant approached us, so we had some idea what was available. Debbie was extremely helpful as we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We required a Guest bed, so she explained all the different types of mattresses that were available encouraging us to try each one out matching one against the other. Never realised there was so much to it!! Anyway after a lot of fiddling about, and finding out the pros and cons of various beds we finally sorted out what we wanted. The invoicing was straight forward itemising everything and we were asked to check all our details and our order before everything was finalised. Over all a very pleasant experience thanks to Debbie such a lovely lady.

I walked into the store and was greeted by a very polite, friendly and helpful lady sales assistant, named Debbie. She immediately made me feel at ease, and took me through my requirements with great ease and attention to detail with so much knowledge. The whole atmosphere at the branch was very friendly and relaxing and my order was placed very efficiently. I would definitely recommend this branch of Dreams to anyone, and also Dreams as a company. It was a very pleasant and none invasive shopping experience with only one small hitch which was the payment console decided not to respond but both memebers of staff sorted out the problem as quickly as possible.

Debbie was fantastic, kind and knowledgable She really understood the massive range and importance of buying a mattress. If it wasn’t for her I would not have bought everything for sure, please make sure this feedback reaches her. Buying a bed is stressful, especially when you are buying for a couple and 2o weeks pregnant! Vincent was very helpful and full of knowledge that made the whole process that much easier, he listened to both of our requirements and helped us compromise as we are both very indecisive. The store was tidy and well laid out making the process of elimination easier with a colour coding system. We did look at Dreams competitors but felt that Vincent actually deserved our custom due to his dedicated attention to our purchase along with finding a mattress fit for my partners high expectations and an ottoman base to meet my storage needs! We have yet to receive the product and test it out so cannot comment on the actual product quality or delivery service as yet. A big thank you to Vincent and his team and going above what was expected.

Although there was,nt a large selection of sofa beds to view Wayne Martin (Dreams Colleague) was pleasant and thorough in providing information on all that were available, including offers on the options of bedding items.
