From start to finish we were given professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. Spent lots of time asking us what our needs were and everything tailored to our answers.

Our server Vincent was very helpful and managed to find us all we needed and perks keeping within our budget.

Greeted at door by Wayne, sent straight to what we were interested in (sofa beds). Had a couple demonstrated and shown choice of colours. Made decision then we asked about headboards. Again promptly taken to products and shown colours, styles and fixings. Wayne asked if we wouldn't mind if he helped another customer while we were deciding. When he returned he asked if we would like drinks. We placed our 2 orders but then the system froze which Wayne said happens frequently. He was very apologetic, chatting with us whilst reentering our order. Success the second time and we were in and out within 45 mins. A very efficient colleague, a man who can multitask!

Our server, Debbie was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Wayne Martin has been a pleasure to deal with at Dream, we managed to reach the store just a minute before closing time and still Wayne spent almost another 45 minutes in listening to our requirements and showing us the goods. Wayne has been very clear in the benefits and reviews of the products we saw and were very helpful in guiding us for the purchase. As one will know, furniture are an investments, Wayne listened to our concerns and recommended products as per them. At no point we felt pressured into the sale or lack of interest/commitment from Wayne. In Fact Wayne went above and beyond by offering us shop floor items on discount once we decided upon the goods we want to purchase. I have purchased goods from DFS, Harveys, Furniture village and i can say with full honesty that i wouldn't hesitate to return back to dreams because of the level of service i have been provided by Wayne

Very helpful and knows his products

Salesperson Mr Martin greeted us on entry and asked if we required assistance, we requested some time alone to view the beds available and were advised to call him if needed. We called him a short while later and asked question which he cheerfully and confidently answered, he then offered us a beverage while he printed off some prices. We decided on a bed which suited us both in quality and price but explained to Mr Martin that we had already obtained a slightly more competitive quote from another retailer. Mr Martin then reviewed his quote and offered a small discount package which we decided to accept based on the non aggressive and professional service Dreams had offered.
