Wayne made us feel at ease. Wasn't pushy, just made the whole process easy.

Vincent at the Dreams Enfield store could not help us enough. Although we knew the product that we wanted, he explained all of the alternatives in detail before assisting us with the purchase of the items that we required. He constantly made sure that we were fully advised on all of the different options that were available to us and could not have been more helpful.

Debbie, who assisted us previously, was friendly and welcoming. We never felt pressured and she assisted us with pur purchase in a professional, friendly manner.

I was assisted with my purchase by Vincent. We all "beilieve" that we know all we need to know about beds so the purchase will be as straight forward as buying apples. Vincent took the time to explain why It's important to spend some quality time choosing the corect product and even pointed out that 20% of our spine is in our neck so the pillow is also crucial to our back care. I am getting older now and fully understand the importance of looking after my back so his knowledge was worth the visit alone. He was even happy to explain the extended warrenty option twice because I didn't fully understand it the first time around. I consider myself lucky to have bumped into him today, he certainly is a credit to your company.

Wayne the Assistant who helped me place my order was very helpful, polite and knowledge regarding the products I was purchasing. Excellent service from this gentleman. Credit to your store!

Knowledge of the salesperson very good. Not too pushy allowed at ease to browse the store comfortably and ready if needed and good layout of products

All the assistants were very knowledgeable of their products and knew the answers to all the questions asked of them. On entering the store I was asked by Debbie if she could help and just as I went to answer her I found what I was looking for. That did not deter her from assisting me and went out of her way to see the earliest delivery time, even though I had not decided if I was going to be purchasing anything from their store. I said that I was buying a bed for my son and that he would need to see it before purchasing, I was told to take my time no if I needed to come back another day, they would be happy to assisting me then. I went back the next day with my son and purchased the bed that I had been looking at the day before.

The assistant Debbie was very attentive, the mattress was for my daughter and she was made to feel very comfortable when trying the beds. Debbie understood our needs and offered alternatives where needed

We were assisted by Wayne throughout our time there. Wayne was very helpful in making my wife and I feel comfortable during our visit (including taking our coats and bags to store away in order for us to try out the beds properly as well as directing us to the toilets). He also explained extra facts about the bed frames and mattresses that we simply would not have known by looking at the information on the products.
