Debbie was very helpful. She explained everything so I understood the difference between the mattresses . She made me laugh and made a lovely cup of tea. And made me feel relaxed and not stressed .

It was very busy and I was disappointed to find out you have not enought staff employed. I was served by Debbie (B153) who was very professional, knowledgeable, patient. She answered all my questions and I was very satisfied. Debbie helped me to chose the right mattress. Pleasent smile never left her face. Thanks to Debbie I bought what I wanted.

From start to finish Vince explained everything to us then left us to make our choice. He then took us swiftly through the ordering process, he offered us tea & coffee and was very pleasant throughout our visit . Although our order can’t be delivered until March 2nd we are still very happy with dreams

Vincent was friendly very efficient and helpful, listened to my requirements and took me straight to the mattress that suited me perfectly, also the main quality of the man was he included my husband in all conversations we had. My husband is in a wheelchair and is mostly ignored by shop assistants. Well done Vincent! Also, his colleague was very friendly. We were both given a nice cup of tea also.
