Deborah was very helpful and friendly also knew how to help my children decide what bed they want.

Debbie was absolutely fantastic. She welcomed us as soon as we arrived. We did a mattress test on a fancy machine when we arrived which was very impressive. Debbie then took us around the recommended beds within our budget. She was so attentive, ensuring we tried different pillows too, to ensure we were getting the best experience. She really looked after us and even ensured we had a nice drink on a boiling day. It was a great experience and her kind and warm nature went a long way in a world where you often find knowledge and patience can be lacking in customer service. Debbie really knew her stuff.

Debbie who served us was informative, knowledgeable very helpful, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

It was mine and my husbands first time in a bed store and Vincent went above and beyond to help us understand our needs. We was offered a beverage when we arrived and was made to feel welcome without feeling pressured. Vincent helped us figure out what mattress we needed and then pointed out which ones were in our price range and were on the list of recommended for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend to our friends and family to visit the store in Mollison Avenue, Enfield. The delivery date was extremely quick from when we ordered it and I cannot wait to have my new bed delivered. Once again the store was lovely and clean and Vincent went above and beyond to help us.
