welcomed on arrival, offered tea/coffee during sale process and pleasant experience. Sleepmatch was offered but bed for another family member so not needed on this occasion.

I had my 2 young children with me and the staff had a table where they could colour to keep them occupied so I could focus on ordering my bed. He went through the options and additions prices very well and give me the chance to ask all the questions I wanted. He was honest with what he could do and not do. My credit was referred at first. But then 10 mins later it was agreed and we carried on with the order.

From the moment that I walked into Dreams Store, I was met with a friendly welcome. From the moment I said what I was looking for everything was explained to me and noted that would be beneficial for me in the long term with great satisfactory. I have brought from Dreams before and I was highly satisfied then hence why I went back to purchase another bed. I have made it clear to family and friends if my highly satisfaction in buying in Dreams Store.

Debbie was very helpful during our visit to the Dreams store in enfield. We were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. We started with the Sleep Match, didn't go for the recommended mattress as preferred a firmer mattress. We were offered tea/coffee twice by the lovely lady serving us. We also got to select our pillows before we got on the Sleep Match and ended up buying a Doze Memory foam Pillow which is fantastic.

The store assistance was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I was also originally drawn to the store due to the product features which appeared better designed than other similar products on the market.
