Dreams - Enfield

Denville was our assistant and he was extremely helpful, he had fantastic product knowledge and really seemed to care about the bed we were buying and if it was right for us. He was so friendly and not pushy for a sale, which meant we were able to pick the bed and fame that suited us. I would say that he is a highly valuable member of staff for customers looking to invest in a bed or mattress, as he seems very passionate about the company and products. Overall we would definitely recommend dreams and Denville in the Enfield branch.

The staff that served me was great. Very friendly and attentive. Excellent product knowledge and was not a pushy salesman. Store was well set out, very clean and tidy.

This man was working alone and gave complete attention to us and the couple following us he also sorted a fire alarm from next door and signed for delivery drivers all this with ease it was a pleasure to have this man serve us I am sure he told us everything there is to know and more I was very impressed with his customer service

Debbie the the lady who attended to me was very patient, very knowledgeable of all the products and even the ones I did not buy. She is very detailed and friendly. She made me feel welcomed.

The helpful salesman Vincent gave us as much help as we needed and also the time and space we needed with no hard sell. He also got us a lovely cup of coffee.

Debbie was brilliant and stayed with us even after the store closing time. She was very patient and explained all the different types of mattresses very well. She did not try to oversell and was not pushy, but understood our needs perfectly.
