The store manager, Vince was very knowledgeable, attentive, which gave us the confidence to choose the best product that suited our requirements. Even though Vince was attentive he knew when to step away to give us the privacy required. Our experience exceeded our expectation and this was the best retail experience we have ever had.

Vincent was knowledgeable and friendly offering us various options to suit our needs. It was valuable being able to see the bunk beds before buying and having advice about the suitability for our grandchildren and in the future. The shop was well organised with a wide variety of products. Very pleased with our experience.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

I have visited the store twice in one week and both times I was promptly greeted by Debbie. She gave good advice on the products that I tested and it was evident that she had great product knowledge as she was answering the questions that I had! She also didn’t get impatient with me when I was going back and forth trying the different mattresses! Her sales technique was relaxed, sometimes sales people can be pushy to make a quick sale but Debbie encouraged me to take my time to ensure that I made the right decision, she was also very patient when I was indecisive with which bed frame to buy! Not only did Debbie make a fab cup of tea she also kindly helped me take my pillows and mattress protector to my car! Honestly would recommend Dreams Enfield on the basis of her customer service and the comfy mattresses!

Denville helped us and he was excellent from start to finish. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy. A breath of fresh air against the usual pushy sales man.
