We were highly satisfied with the experience we had at dreams. We were dealt with by Denville who was very helpful in every way, and advised us in our choice of mattress for which we were very pleased.

Vincent, the manger was highly knowledgeable in all aspects of bedding and not pushy at all, I spent two hours of making my mind up which bed and mattress to buy, I was given cups of tea and not rushed, I would highly recommended dreams to my friends and family.

We were asked if we wanted guidance with your bed specialist screening which was fab. Our colleague Danville was very attentive. Offered a drink and guidance.

Sales Assistant took.us through the full process, helped us assess our sleep type and recommended the appropriate mattresses. Allowed us time to test the mattresses and look around. Checked our price point before making suggestions and explained the full benefits of each mattress without swaying our decision. Even made us a cup of tea!
