only one sales person, who did a good job, but there was a que to be serviced. Waiting time approximately 1 hour.

Just good old fashion service he knew what he was talking about and what he was doing just grate service 5 star service

I was assisted by a gentleman called Denville. He was just brilliant! Knowledgeable, happy to show me how the bed worked, talked me through all the paperwork and delivery information. I have previously bought beds from Dreams and was happy with the service then, and I am very happy with the service now.

The gentlemen named Vincent was amazing the knowledge was phenomenal, he is a asset to the company, and takes his job really Serious.

Denville was very friendly and knew what to recommend for us. We were very satisfied with the service and definitely come to dreams again.

The salesman Vincent was very helpful and very knowledgeable , there are a great selection of mattress’s to try out, which is why we went to that particular store for our new mattress, as this is where we chose our last mattress eight years ago, when it was then just a show room, we then went to a Dreams shop to place the order, much better show room / shop now, really good experience.

All questions answered well and help given when required.

Deborah was brilliant. Greeted us with a smile and was so patient with my mum (a pensioner who couldn’t make a decision ;o) Debbie took time to give her all the options, my mum did the sleep test to find the best mattress for her and all of this was dealt with so well with great customer service! Thank you

Very friendly & helpful staff , very knowledgeable, and happy to spend time with you explaining the difference between the mattress . Good experience all round.

It was very busy in the enfield store but we were greeted and helped throughout our visit by Denville who was fantastic from start to finish
