Dreams - Enfield

It was our first time in Dreams and the staff really took this into consideration. We had a general walk through of how the store works, given a cup of tea and then left to our own means to have a look at our options. We really appreciated this approach and didn't feel like we were rushed or forced into a decision. The 3D bed scanner was a lot of fun and opened our mind to getting a slightly softer mattress. The staff went above and beyond by staying open beyond closing to give us enough time to consider our options and close a deal. Debbie was great and Vincent provided great support for her.

The Dream's sales person was very knowledgeable and we had his full attention throughout our visit.

Having bought a bed from dreams some years back my wife had no hesitation in going back to dreams,has before the service was excellent,nothing was left unsaid,vince and debbie answered all our questions,and both there knowledge of the items in the showroom was brilliant,having not bought a bed for some years the way dreams had moved on with the times was amazing.We would without hesitation recommend dreams to anyone,now we cannot wait to get our new bed,thanks vince and debbie,you were both such a good help.

From the start to the finish everything was perfect, the staff friendly and welcoming, the showroom was warm and well lit and spotless. The amount of beds and mattresses was abundant with prices to match everyone's pocket.

Vincent at Enfield store welcome us with a nice and friendly smile he offered us hot dreams. We wasn’t sure what we wanted to buy Vincent made it so much easier for us I would highly recommend.

So easy to deal with

We were greeted by polite and friendly staff in a welcoming but unobtrusive way immediately. The products we wanted to view were all available to view, our assistant was very knowledgable and made the purchase of our bed frame and mattresses a pleasure- even with our 2 and 5 year old.
