The man who helped us was excellent throughout, very helpful, not too pushy. Very quick delivery dates available and a reasonable price to pay for professionals to set up the bed. Can’t comment on how it’s done yet as it’s not been delivered but so far I am satisfied.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Dreams. As soon as we entered the store in Enfield, we were greeted by our Dream's colleague Denville who introduced us to the many options with mattresses, pillows and bed frames. Later on as he began to realise what we were looking for specifically, he let us participate in a computerised bed experience which enabled us to choose what type of mattress would suit us best. In the end we bought a Campbell S Mattress, which we are very happy about when it was delivered to our home.

Vincent was very helpful and understanding of our needs and price range. His extensive experience and knowledge helped us choose our bed frame and mattress. Vincent and his team were professional, polite and very helpful. He also made myself and my partner tea and coffee which was a great touch especially on a cold day. We felt welcomed at all times and will definitely be returning for our future needs.

We were greeted by two staff as soon as we walked through the store door. Very pleasant and personal approach. Vincent - Dreams colleague asked us how he could help. By asking questions quickly identified the right product to show and demonstrate it to us. He was very knowledgable about his products and services. Showed us equivalent products to enable us to make a balanced decision. He kindly left us for couple of minutes for my wife and I to discuss. We then approached Vincent to commit our order. We at no point felt under any sales pressure. Vincent twice asked us if we would like a drink, which we appreciated too. On completion of the order, he thanked us for coming to this store and for our custom. In summary a great experience in us buying from Dreams and not feeling we were being sold too. Well done. We look forward to receving our order.
