From the moment of walking into the store the staff were very attentive while adhering to social distance rules. Vincent was very helpful giving us the best options for our budget and requirements. We ended up buying 2 mattress one for the master and one for the spare room

good customer explanation and friendly approach

From entering the store, an anti bacterial gel dispenser was available for customers which showed concern for our health and safety during this pandemic. I was welcomed by staff and despite it being busy, I was looked after within 5 minutes. I was looking for a mattress but had no knowledge in this area. I was given the chance to use your Sleep Match service which instantly recommended a mattress based on my height, the way I sleep and weight. Debbie showed me various mattresses in this range, all were great, but settled with one that was perfect for me. She also informed me of cover (warranty) for the mattress with a free mattress protector which made absolute sense to go for. I was also shown different types of pillows before raising an order, I ended up going with two of your Hyde and Sleep pillows. Debbie made the order process very easy and seamless, and even offered me a bottle of water! I was very impressed with the service I received and thank you to Debbie for being very informative and displaying a very customer centric attitude.
