On arrival we were seen really quickly once we explained what we were looking for the assistant tock us through all the different types of mattresses we would be best suited for we also tock our children which they were really good with we also were offered drinks which the children enjoyed we found dreams a pleasure to shop at has there was no fuss we got what we needed with the help from the very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly member of staff, Kelly. As soon as we entered the store she gave us time to start walking up part of the store before coming over to speak to us. Immediately put us at ease. Asking my husband would he like to go on the scanner to see which mattress would be suitable for him. Asking us would we like a beverage. Really putting us ar ease. After using the scanner bed Kelly showed us a variety of mattresses with great knowledge on each. A very lovely sales advisor. Not rushing us and allowing us plenty of time to try the beds out. A super sales advisor. Really brilliant.

This was my first time shopping for a mattress and I had no idea what I was doing. Kelly soon approached me and asked me lots of questions about my current mattress and why I’m looking for a new one. She recommended I try the Sleep Station simulator to get a better idea of what I was looking for. It was very helpful and I got to narrow down my search according to my results. I told Kelly my price range and she suggested a few mattresses to try and even gave me a pillow to make it more realistic. I didn’t feel rushed at all to quickly try all the suggested mattresses, Kelly gave me as much time as I needed on each one and even let me keep going back and forth between them! Obviously this is an important decision and I was a newbie, so she was very patient with me. All staff were very friendly.

Credit card system wouldn't work, so store staff had to call to take payment via another store - staff were great at finding a solution to he problem, but would have been much quicker if their payment system had been working. Not the fault of the store staff, but made it a longer sales process that it should have been.
