Great assistance and technical equipment to help choose the right mattress. The shop assistant (Amy) was very knowledgable, understanding and offered chilled water as we browsed the options and asked questions.

I knew going into the store the type of mattress I wanted to purchase. Stacey listened to me and allowed me to try the mattress of my choice. She then assisted me to use the sleep/mattress matcher, which confirmed that my choice of mattress was most suitable for me. The purchase was simple, delivery time was excellent. Just a straightforward no problem purchase and a good experience.

Kelly was so helpful. I had researched possible matresses on line, but I have been using the store in Pentrebach for 13 years now. All our beds/ matresses have been purchased from there over the years, and as old fashioned as it sounds, I would always rather go to the store.

Always use this store for bedroom furniture New mattresses. When I'm in the area always pop in to see what's new in store. Staff are friendly and not overbearing, there when needed no pressure just genuinely helpful.

Excellent service

When I arrived at the store staff were very friendly and easy to approach. I walked around for a while looking at the beds and having a lay down trying them out a few member of staff approached me and asked if I needed assistance. They offered a hot or cold drink and made sure I was satisfied with my mattress and bed before proceeding with the transition.

We were served y Stacey she was very helpful.nothing was to much trouble. Stacy was very pleasant and I would recommend that fiends look her out if looking for a bed. We will certainly be looking for her in the near future when looking for a second bed. I did have some unpleasant side effects when being scanned for the right type of bed. I had a triple by pass some years ago so that may have been the cause. The unpleasant side effect continued until the next day.

The store colleagues were amazing, the young lady who assisted me was friendly, bubbly and very knowledgeable. There was no hard selling, showed me a rang of different mattresses that suited my needs and let me choose what was best. Everyone in the Merthyr Store were great! Thank you!

I just wanted a soft mattress as I had lost weight due to health problems. The assistant was very helpful and,after assessment of weight etc, I tried various beds to find the most comfortable for me. I didn't feel pressured in any way,, and I'm happy I've found the right one thanks to the patience and understanding of Stacey the sleep expert in merthyr store

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. When the woman who greeted us heard that we weren't quite sure what kind of mattress we wanted or needed, she suggested we use the sleep simulator bed - this was amazing! I didn't know this kind of technology existed! It made me feel confident that the mattresses we were then shown were really matched to our bodies and needs. The woman who helped us was friendly, charismatic and helpful. Not over the top or too much, but just right. She gave us options and made sure we left with our free pillows! We ended up ordering a bed frame, a mattress, two bedside tables and a blanket box. We are so happy with our purchases and CAN'T WAIT until they arrive. Our search for a comfortable bed has taken us six months and we were thrilled to put an end to it this past weekend at Dreams. Thank you!!
