First of all the person who sold the bed to us was outstanding great customer sevice and went through the type of matteresses we need also went and showed us the machine to see what mattereess suited us best. Was quick sevice as i chose finance and was shocked how fast dreams delivery is was expecting 12 week delivery and he said we could have it within 3 weeks which was a very nice suprize. I will definate be recommending dreams to familly and friends especially the merthyr tydfil store. Will also be a returning customer :)

The assistant Lee was absolutely fabulous! He knew exactly what we wanted and was super helpful. It was a wonderful experience and we are really looking forward to trying the new mattress. If it's really good, we will be back to see Lee to purchase another one.
